    Part-time Position - 20 hours/week

     

    Salary - $35/hour

    The New Jersey Department of Health has granted Family Healthy Initiatives (FHI) the opportunity to evaluate New Jersey’s Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV)-funded programs and improve their Level of Service (LOS). FHI is hiring a consultant, to support the planned evaluation and quality improvement efforts. The Program and Admin Support Consultant will support the LOS project by helping to coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the project team, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of project activities.

    Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate internal administrative tasks associated with the MIECHV LOS Evaluation, including scheduling, drafting communications, supporting EBHV staff, and other responsibilities as assigned by the project manager.

    + Actively engage with MIECHV staff at the LIAs to coordinate the implementation and monitoring of quality improvement projects and encourage active participation in the evaluation program.

    + Work closely with the FHI team, other liaisons, and stakeholders, such as NJ DOH/DCF partners, to coordinate all initiatives related to the MIECHV LOS Evaluation.

    + Assist LIAs and FHI’s data analyst with data collection, organization, and reporting when necessary.

    + Maintain records of program activities, participation rates, feedback received, and any other relevant information, and reporting back to the FHI team.

    + Ensure all communication and materials are approved by FHI before dissemination.

    + This consultant role requires submitting work logs for payment.

    + Other responsibilities as assigned by the project manager

    Requirements

    + Associate's degree; preferably in public health, social work, or a related field

    + Experience in facilitating group discussions or meetings, including managing group dynamics and fostering collaborative decision-making.

    + Familiarity with basic data collection and analysis, including interpreting trends and using data to inform practice or decision-making.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    + Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    + Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

    + Valid driver’s license, current insurance policy, and car.
