    About the role

     

    The Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead manages a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The Team Lead will manage retail bank refurbishments specific to IT/ATM/TCR and branch security infrastructure projects.

     

    This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

     

    What you’ll do

     

    Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

     

    Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

     

    Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.

     

    Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.

     

    Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.

     

    Work cross-functionally with other business lines to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

     

    Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans.

     

    Apply a broad understanding of the business, own subject area, and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

     

    Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Resect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.

     

    Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.

     

    Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.

     

    Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job field.

     

    What you’ll need

     

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

     

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.

    + IT/ATM/TCR/security infrastructure experience desired

    + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

    + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance obstacles.

    + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.

    + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
