Summary:

The Clinical and Business Intelligence Technical Analyst assists the VP, Clinical and Business Intelligence, and the Manager, Clinical and Business Intelligence in maintaining the clinical and business intelligence system, and other related systems across the Catholic Health system. The analyst's primary responsibilities will be to build and maintain the technical infrastructure, including databases, interfaces and extracts, to support the ongoing and future needs of the clinical and business intelligence. In addition, the analyst will work to support end user reporting needs in EPIC.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related subject

EXPERIENCE

+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in information system support with EPIC

+ Minimum of two (2) years in the health care industry, preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

+ Strong background in system programming and analysis, personal computer usage and support and systems development

+ Experience with General Ledger systems, and knowledge of procedure-based costing

+ Developer level experience with database structures

+ Developer level experience with MS SQL Server Integration Services

+ Developer level experience with MS SQL

+ Developer level experience with Dash board tools

+ Epic certification in one or more areas of Cogito reporting required

+ Ability to work effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization
