You’ll operate advanced CNC machinery—including Fin Punch Press and Expander machines—to produce high-quality metal parts with accuracy and consistency. •️ What You’ll Do

+ Operate metalworking equipment to produce precision parts efficiently and consistently

+ Read blueprints and router instructions to set up tooling and machines accurately

+ Perform daily preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothly

+ Safely handle electric, pneumatic, floor, and hand tools using lockout/tagout procedures

+ Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to ensure quality

+ Label and organize materials by type, gauge, width, and weight

+ Secure and segregate materials on pallets by part number

• What You Bring

+ 2–3 years of CNC machine operation experience

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills

+ Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform changeovers

+ Proficiency with measuring tools and hand/power tools

+ Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs

+ Basic math skills and a commitment to safety and quality

• Bonus Skills

+ Experience with continuous improvement initiatives

+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
