As the DSD National Ops Lead, you will ensure seamless deployment and support of digital tools while also coordinating critical national programs and leadership priorities. You will engage directly with field teams to troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and train users, while also partnering with the VP of DSD and national stakeholders on events, initiatives, and program delivery. Your work will bridge people, process, and technology—helping the organization run smarter, faster, and more effectively.
How You Will Contribute
Provide frontline support for QuickBase applications, workflow automation, and other digital tools used by DSD field teams.
Partner with users to capture feedback, improve usability, and manage testing for system enhancements.
Maintain accurate reporting and data flows, ensuring information is reliable and actionable across platforms.
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communications that drive adoption of digital tools and processes.
Coordinate national events, recognition programs, and leadership forums, managing logistics, communications, and vendor partners.
Support the VP of DSD with select administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, meeting prep, and follow-ups that keep priorities moving forward.
Lead or assist in the execution of national programs (e.g., uniforms, incentive programs), tracking timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates.
Contribute to digital transformation projects by helping pilot new tools, capturing site feedback, and building rollout playbooks.
What You Will Bring
Experience in digital tool support, application management, or workflow automation.
Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and initiative to anticipate needs.
Exposure to executive support, event planning, or national program coordination.
Familiarity with QuickBase, Power Apps, or other low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, IT, or related field preferred. Quickbase Builder Certification is preferred.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel required, with occasional site or event visits.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid or remote flexibility, with availability aligned to business needs and national leadership priorities.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
