    Job Title: Production Operator

    Job Description

    Join a leading manufacturer of precision machined automotive components as a CNC Operator. This role is integral to our commitment to modern manufacturing technology and quality assurance.     Responsibilities

    + Assist Operators with materials assigned to run equipment.

    + Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.

    + Train with operators to learn moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.

    + Read and interpret blueprints if applicable.

    + Use moderately advanced measuring instruments.

    + Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.

    + Adhere to 5S standards by maintaining cleanliness of the work area.

    + Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using measurement tools, machine operation, and production line.

    + At least 3 years of experience in a related field.

    + Ability to read blueprints and use hand gauges, calipers, and micrometers.

    + Mathematical skills and attention to detail.

    + Experience in metal manufacturing and CNC machine operation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Blueprint experience is a plus but not required.

    + CNC experience preferred.

    + Open to mechanically inclined candidates with training provided.

    + Experience with Murata CNC Machines and Multi-spindle Screw machines is advantageous.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a smoke-free, newer facility that is not climate controlled but does not reflect extreme temperatures. Collaborate closely with Operators and Production workers on shift. Dress code includes slip-resistant steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a work shirt with no holes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, North Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
