Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will operate a drill press machine and work with high-quality aerospace parts. You will be responsible for loading parts into the machine using a wrench and pressing a button to operate the machine. Additionally, you will conduct minor inspections using calipers to ensure the precision of the parts.

Responsibilities

+ Operate drill press machine for the production of aerospace parts.

+ Load parts into the machine using a wrench.

+ Press buttons to start and control the machine operation.

+ Conduct minor inspections of parts using calipers.

+ Ensure quality and precision in all parts produced.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operation, specifically drill press.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools, such as wrenches and calipers.

+ Ability to conduct inspections and ensure quality control.

+ Familiarity with aerospace parts and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of blueprint interpretation.

+ Experience working with hinges for aircraft doors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
