Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, part of BILH, is looking for a skilled Robotic Surgery Advanced Practitioner (NP w/ RNFA or PA) to join a Nationally-recognized leading multi-specialty robotic surgery program.

Your role:

+ **Robotic Procedures** : Assist in robotic-assisted surgeries

+ **Patient Care** **:** Conduct pre-op evaluations, educate patients, and monitor during procedures

+ **Equipment** **:** Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems

+ **Data** **:** Collect and analyze surgical data to improve techniques

+ **Education** **:** Train staff on robotic surgical procedures

+ **Quality** **:** Adhere to safely protocols and participate in quality assurance

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate robotic surgical systems (e.g., da Vinci).

+ Collaborate with surgeons and medical professionals.

+ Ensure optimal system performance.

+ Provide patient education and counseling.

+ Maintain accurate surgical records.

+ Participate in training and education programs.

Requirements:

+ Valid PA, NP license.

+ 2-3+ years surgical experience, including robotic surgery.

+ Proficiency with robotic surgical systems.

+ Strong anatomical and surgical knowledge.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
