Job Title: SDET Software Developer in TestJob Description

Join our dynamic team as an SDET Software Developer in Test, supporting both the Firmware and QA teams. We are looking for a talented individual who can flexibly assist in getting our product across the finish line. This role involves test automation, bug fixing, and code improvement, with a focus on both development and testing. Your contributions will be crucial in launching new features and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Support the Firmware and QA teams by developing and executing automated tests using C++ and Python.

+ Fix bugs and improve code coverage through unit testing.

+ Contribute to the development of new features and ensure their quality through rigorous testing.

+ Assist with infrastructure support, including pipeline execution, hardware lab setup, and testing infrastructure maintenance.

+ Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve outstanding bugs and configuration issues.

+ Wear multiple hats and jump in where needed to make the most impactful contributions within the first 90 days.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

+ Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and bash scripting.

+ Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.

+ Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with infrastructure and project maintenance procedures.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited bandwidth.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Broomfield, requiring onsite work three times per week. The position involves a standard 40-hour work week. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Broomfield, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $80.00/hr.
