    Job Opening: Concrete Laborer – Precast Concrete Production

    **Location:** Nampa, Idaho

    **Job Type:** Contract

    **Pay Range:** \$21–\$24 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – Until Job Completion (typically around 5:00 PM)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are hiring **Concrete Laborers** to join our team at a busy **precast concrete manufacturing plant** in Nampa. This hands-on role involves **stripping and resetting concrete forms** , **pouring new concrete** , and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You’ll work with large concrete forms (3ft x 3ft or larger) and have the opportunity to **cross-train in multiple production departments** , gaining valuable skills and experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Strip and reset large concrete forms.

    + Pour and finish concrete products.

    + Work collaboratively in a team-based production environment.

    + Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs continuously.

    + Clean finished products and maintain plant cleanliness.

    + Participate in cross-training across various production areas.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in **concrete work** , **construction** , or **general labor** .

    + Ability to work with **concrete forms** , **rebar** , and **hand tools** .

    + Comfortable with **physically demanding tasks** and repetitive lifting.

    + Knowledge of **concrete finishing** and basic construction techniques.

    Preferred Backgrounds

    + Experience in **fencing, roofing, general labor** , or **construction trades** .

    + Familiarity with **rebar installation** and **formwork** .

    + Previous work in **manufacturing or production environments** .

    Work Environment

     

    Work is performed **indoors** at our Nampa facility. The schedule runs from **7:00 AM until job completion** , typically ending around **5:00 PM** , Monday through Friday. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting and movement.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
