Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable temporary employee to assist with the digitization of paper-based employee records. This role will be responsible for scanning physical files and preparing them for upload into Workday, our HR information system. The position will work under the direct supervision of the local Human Resources team and is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Key Responsibilities: • Organize and prepare paper employee files for scanning • Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents accurately • Ensure scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled • Follow established protocols for file naming and categorization • Coordinate with HR team to verify document types and resolve discrepancies • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information • Assist with basic data entry or upload tasks into Workday as needed • Report progress and any issues to HR supervisor regularly

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
