Are you ready to launch your engineering career with a firm that designs the systems powering schools, hotels, offices, and medical facilities across Hawaii and beyond? Adecco's client is seeking a **Junior Engineer / Designer** to join their team, specializing in **HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, and power system design** . This is a direct hire, full time opportunity with benefits.
What You’ll Do
Support project design and documentation from concept through construction
Perform calculations and develop design markups with oversight from senior engineers
Draft and update plans in AutoCAD/Revit
Assist with site visits, meetings, and construction administration
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Strong technical foundation in engineering principles or internship experience
Proficiency with **AutoCAD, Revit, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint**
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
Strong communication and collaboration skills
