Southland Holdings is seeking a well-versed Data Entry Specialist individual to join our Accounts Payable team in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Collect and enter data into databases

+ Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed

+ Assist with order entry and processing

+ Organize and maintain files and records

+ Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats

+ Provide administrative support as necessary

Requirements:

+ Previous experience in clerical or data entry roles preferred

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis

+ Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks

+ Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry

+ Basic mathematical skills for calculations and analysis

+ Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
