    Adecco is currently assisting a Client in their search to fill a **Skilled Production Associate** position located in Fontana, CA 92335 zip code.

     

    Pay Rate: $** **23.00/HR

    Shift: Monday – Thursday 4am – 12:30pm (possible overtime Friday & Weekends)

    **Job Description** :

    + Operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

    + Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.

    + Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices

    + May be responsible for the operation of complex equipment and/or machinery with minimal supervision.

    + Visual inspection of product to ensure quality.

    + Responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance functions within work area.

    + Adhere to work locations rules and procedures

    + Perform operations assignment as directed by the supervisor.

    + Assists warehouse administrator with receiving and staging materials.

    + Assists Quality Specialist with quality functions as directed.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

    + Entry level with little or no prior manufacturing production experience required.

    + Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.

    + Must submit pre-placement background check.

    + Occasional climbing/balancing.

    + Requires continuous standing and frequent lifting/carrying, stooping/bending/squatting/pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing.
