Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Sales

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with a focus on sales. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, setting up meetings to address current and future sales needs, managing existing accounts for growth, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for entering all relevant information into our company database.

Responsibilities

+ Reach out to prospective clients to establish connections.

+ Set up meetings to discuss current and future sales needs.

+ Manage existing accounts with the aim of fostering growth.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.

+ Accurately enter all information into the company database.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in data entry.

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Clerical skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

+ Sales experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least six months of experience in sales or customer service.

+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, Montana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
