    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    The incumbent is a pre-hospital medical caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for his/her partner and all patient populations. The incumbent will provide safe, therapeutic care for these patients by the use of the Emergency Medical system.

    Job Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    + 6 months working as a Paramedic with an accredited EMS agency or Fire department (Hiring manager may consider the applicants field internship as qualifying experience if the prececptorship was completed at a Dignity Health North State Service Area facility and successfully completed)

    + Ambulance driver license

    + Drivers license

    + Medical Examiner

    + CA Paramedic license

    + S-SV EMS

    + BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association

    Pay Range

    $43.12 - $49.71 /hour
