    Robert Half's medical client in Hyannis, MA is looking to hire a Front desk/medical receptionist to their team.

     

    Front Desk / Medical Receptionist – Hyannis, MA

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

     

    Type: Long Term contract with the potential to go permanent for the right fit

    Schedule:

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

     

    Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet patients and manage front desk operations

     

    Scan and upload insurance cards and IDs

     

    Schedule appointments and manage phone calls

     

    Assist with patient intake and outtake processes

     

    Collaborate with one other team member (one handles intake, the other outtake)

     

    Requirements • Previous experience in a medical front office or receptionist role.

     

    • Proficiency in patient scheduling and appointment management.

    • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and healthcare practices.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to operate office equipment, including scanners and phones.

    • Excellent communication skills and a meticulous demeanor.

    • Knowledge of patient intake and check-in procedures.
