    Job Details

    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately and efficiently enters orders into pharmacy computer.

    + Monitors for appropriate and rational drug therapy.

    + Provides all drug distribution activities, (order entry, dispensing, checking) for all patient populations.

    + Accurately enters orders for intravenous admixtures, chemotherapy, and total Parenteral nutrition for all patient populations.

    + Provides drug information to all nursing units/clinical staff utilizing reference materials and internet resources.

    Qualifications:

    + B.S. Pharmacy

    + New York State Pharmacy License

    + Hospital pharmacy experience preferred

     

    Salary Range

     

    USD $71.57 - USD $71.57 /Hr.
