    Job Skills / Requirements

    Sunstates Security is currently hiring Security Officers in the Chandler, AZ area. This position pays $22.15/hour, paid weekly .

    Available Shift:

    + Sunday – Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2200–0600)

    + Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1400–2200)

     

    The ideal candidate will combine security experience with a strong customer service mindset.

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of customer service experience

    + 1+ years of security experience

    + Previous experience working in a Data Center Security Operations Center (SOC)

    + Experience using CCURE 9000 for access control and monitoring (preferred)

    + Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently with limited supervision

    + Strong attention to detail and integrity

    + Good judgment and sound decision-making skills

    + Dependable means of transportation

    + Professional grooming standards

    + Strong teamwork skills

    + Required technical proficiency

    + Active AZ Guard Card

    Position Overview:

    The Security Officer will represent the client as the first point of contact, greeting everyone upon entry. Officers may perform a variety of duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Officers are expected to thoroughly understand Post Orders and SOPs and act quickly and effectively in accordance with them.
