    Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest in open roles. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers on candidate progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process. Stay informed on industry trends and sourcing best practices.

    Responsibilities

    + Proactively source candidates through various platforms.

    + Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

    + Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

    + Provide timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers on candidate progress.

    + Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.

    + Stay informed on industry trends and best sourcing practices.

    Essential Skills

    + 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously.

    + Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in full cycle recruiting.

    The position is fully remote, offering flexibility in work hours and the ability to work from a location of your choice, while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
