Core Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

+ Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, verifying its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.

+ Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods.

+ Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts.

Reporting and Visualization:

+ Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.

+ Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes.

Data Analysis and Strategy:

+ Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals.

+ Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and lead projects through completion.

+ Interacting with stakeholders to understand strategy, questions and goals.

+ Proactively identify opportunities within the business to contribute to its growth and success.

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:

+ Mentor and coach junior analysts to elevate technical and storytelling capabilities.

+ Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in analytics tools and methods.

+ Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics, share best practices, and document them.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert for the team and the analytic organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

+ Partner with teams in Digital, CXD, Engineering, and Finance to deliver integrated insights.

+ Participate in cross-divisional data projects and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications:

+ 2-3 years work experience in the data analytics field

+ Technology skills: SQL, Python, Tableau, & Data Modeling.

+ Ability to analyze large and complex data sets through robust SQL skills.

+ Experience with large data warehouses and a strong understanding of data modeling principals.

+ Ability to cleanse data and create automated scripts using Python

+ Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinker and Planner, Manage Ambiguity

Preferences:

+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
