    Responsibilities

    As a Lead Operator, your responsibilities will include:

    + Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure flawless production processes

    + Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

    + Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance

    + Coordinate with different departments to successfully implement production schedules

    + Troubleshoot and determine solutions for any production-related issues

    + Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    + Demonstrated background as a lead operator or in a comparable manufacturing position

    + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations

    + Outstanding leadership and communication skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment

    + High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

    + Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
