    A Brief Overview:

     

    Accountable for adhering to the Bank’s BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and/or transactions in accordance with the Bank’s processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training assigned.

     

    What you’ll do

     

    + · Take closing, review Closing Disclosures and closing documents with all parties involved in accordance with policies, procedures, applicable regulations (TILA-RESPA etc.), and investor and guarantor guidelines.

    + · Review and analyze accuracy of the loan costs, insurance escrow, taxes, title search, legal review, and invoices before closing the loan.

    + · Complete disbursement of the loan including payoff, CRIM, Insurance and others.

    + · Perform a quality review before closing the loan to ensure the loan complies with the procedures, applicable regulations (TILA-RESPA etc.), and investor and guarantor guidelines.

    + · Prepare closing package and disbursement of checks.

    + · Perform other duties as required.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    Education

    + Associate Degree in Business Administrationor related field.

     

    Knowledge

     

    + Three to Five years in relevant mortgage experience

    + Experience in audits and quality review of files
