+ Join Amor - Appleton as a Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality packaging that makes a global impact. You’lloperate a machine, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
**Schedule:** Work a job that fits your lifestyle - enjoy a 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule with three day weekends every other weekend! With this schedule, you work half the month, which means half the year!

+ Our starting pay is based on experience, based at $25.32/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
+ As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in making many types of food packaging! You will be responsible foroperating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of precision components.
Your responsibilities include:
+ Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities
+ Read and comprehend production order specification and requirements of scheduled customer orders
+ Complete production reports and all other required paperwork
+ Operate machine according to production requirements and standards while also performing shut downs, startups, and changeovers
+ Perform quality assurance checks and flag any defective material
+ Input accurate data into our computer systems and use Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Perform assistant duties when person is absent, unavailable, or as needed
+ Conduct machine trials and evaluations and perform basic machine maintenance
+ Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule, and be an active participant in all initiatives
+ Cross train in departments and on machines as needed

+ Able to compute all units of measurement using whole numbers, fractions, rates, ratios and percentages
+ Prior machine operating experience is preferred

Physical Requirements
+ Work 12 hour days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting
+ Lift up to 50lbs and occasionally 100lbs
+ Perform visual inspections using measurement devices and identifying and distinguishing colors
