    Now Hiring: Student Support Paraprofessional | 2025–2026 School Year | Up to $25/hr

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to connect passionate educators with meaningful opportunities in the Bristol County area. We’re currently hiring Student Support Paraprofessionals to join local school teams and provide individualized support to students with special needs.

    About the Role:

    + Start Date: Immediate

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 32.5–35 hours/week (varies by grade level)

    + Location: Bristol County

    + Duration: Full academic year (2025–2026)

    + Compensation: Up to $25/hour

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support students in both 1:1 and small group settings

    + Assist with academic tasks and behavior plans

    + Monitor and document student progress and behavior

    + Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff

    + Provide flexible support across different classroom environments

    Who We’re Looking For:

    + Individuals with experience supporting students with behavioral or high-needs challenges

    + Strong communication and de-escalation skills

    + Candidates who are comfortable with toileting

    + Familiarity with data tracking and behavior monitoring

    + Calm, patient, and adaptable professionals who thrive in dynamic school settings

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience in special education or behavioral support

    + CPR certification, TB test, and health clearance (as required)

    + Must be 18+ and meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements
