    Job Description

    The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to both the Vice President for Governmental Relations and the Senior Associate Vice President for Audit and Compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both offices. This dual-role position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and priorities for two senior leaders.

     

    The Executive Assistant will coordinate meetings, prepare and review correspondence, proofread reports and presentations, manage travel arrangements, oversee budgets, and support outreach and programming efforts. The role involves frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, university leadership, and compliance partners. This position is based in Richmond, Virginia, with occasional travel to the Norfolk campus.
