Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding guest service with warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. * Assist guests with placing orders, product recommendations, and customizing cake selections. * Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system. * Ensure cakes are beautifully packaged and presented according to brand standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery environment. * Support fellow team members in production, guest service, and daily operations as needed. * Represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand with professionalism and positivity in all interactions. Qualifications * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math and cash-handling skills. * Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
