We are recruiting for a Dispatcher for our Mobile Phlebotomy Services.

     

    FLSA: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly

     

    The Mobile Phlebotomist will have to be efficient with time management, good communicator, above average working on a laptop/surface, and highly skilled phlebotomist to be successful drawing the geriatric population. This position works under the supervision of the Mobile Phlebotomy Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    + Enter in your mileage and complete queues

    + Act as liaison with client and dispatcher

    + Respond to dispatch on questions about new orders and or about orders drawn

    + Monitor throughout the day new assignments

    + Monitor all your supplies to include expiration dates on tubes and reorder supplies as needed

    + Good customer service skills with clients and patients at all times

    + Maintain daily records and logs per each facility

    + Maintain Professionalism at all times

    + Report on time per your shift

    + Maintain good communications with your supervisor

    + Follow preanalytical processes such as patient ID and proper PPE as needed

    + Most importantly be reliable team member

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma required

    + 2 + years' experience drawing in the field/healthcare setting (long-term care setting preferred)

    Compensation:

    + Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.
