Overview
Position Summary:
Support Field Operations with issues, requests and analysis on applications, systems, and digital technology
Key Job Responsibilities:
+ Use available tools, procedures, instructions, and documents to resolve technical problems
+ Review and update data and asset changes submitted by Field Operations
+ Analyze data to recognize error trends and conduct root cause analysis
+ Perform escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation for multiple supported applications
+ Provide first-line telephone technical support for all CSC Proprietary applications and payment systems
+ Assisting project managers on implementation projects where needed
+ Write reports collecting information from department database resources for the various computer system
+ Ability to identify and escalate issues

What we’re looking for
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Ability to troubleshoot - analyzing the issue and identifying a resolution plan.
+ Ability to make independent judgmental decisions.
+ Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with callers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
+ Attention to detail with the ability to recognize issues, identify incorrect data and point out opportunities for improvement
+ Ability to use Microsoft tools to perform data analysis
+ Experience documenting work-flow processes
+ Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Required Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
+ Long periods of sitting
+ Telephone and computer work
