Key leadership role to oversee Surgical Services; including Operating Room, PACU, Surgical Day Care, Pre-Admission Testing, SPD and Endoscopy. Oversees staff in the state-of-the-art Santagati Center, bringing Boston-caliber surgical sophistication to the Merrimack Valley.

The Santagati Center has seven spacious surgical suites, including the only hybrid operating room in the region. Ideal candidate will have a background in surgical services, nursing leadership and business acumen.

A minimum of five years' administrative experience in a surgical services arena within an acute care setting and Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business required.

NE-BC or NEA-BC preferred or required within 1 year of hire. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. Strong track record of operational performance and advancing strategic initiatives, communication skills and demonstrated leadership.
