    Job Summary:

    Alluvionic is currently seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant II to provide high-level administrative and operational support to Senior Executives, Associate Directors, Deputy Directors, and Directors. The Junior EA will be expected to work independently on projects from initiation to completion, demonstrate sound judgment with minimal supervision, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

     

    Must be US Citizen

    Clearance Required:  Yes – Obtain a Public Trust

    *This is an onsite position.*

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact, representing executives to internal and external stakeholders professionally and courteously.

    + Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the automated travel system.

    + Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, briefing books, and follow-up documentation.

    + Organize and support VIP visits, events, and other specialized activities in support of U.S. Marshals Service operations.

    + Collect, review, and analyze data to prepare reports, briefing materials, and executive summaries.

    + Manage assigned special projects from planning through successful completion.

    + Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Three (3) years of specialized experience performing comparable executive-level administrative duties.

    + Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with precision.

    + Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    + Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and recommend improvements.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Administrative Assistance / Executive Assistant

    + Prior experience supporting executives in a federal government agency or related environment.
