    Job Description:

    Staffing Dispatch Manager

    **Location:** St Louis, MO (On-Site)

    **Schedule:** Full Time, M-F, 8-5 (On-Call Rotation)

    **Pay:** Hourly $18 - $20

    **Employment:** Full-Time

    What You’ll Do

    As a **Staffing Dispatch Manager** , you will:

    + Lead and support the statewide staffing and scheduling team to ensure care aligns with client care plans

    + Manage coverage challenges, including unstaffed shifts, call-offs, and scheduling changes

    + Monitor attendance and tardiness trends, collaborating with HR and field leadership to improve accountability

    + Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and corporate requirements for scheduling and care delivery

    + Promote Elara Caring’s mission while maintaining HIPAA compliance and privacy standards

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + **Experience:**

    + At least 2 years in a fast-paced office environment required

    + Extensive experience in health care setting preferred

    + Supervisory or scheduling/dispatch management experience strongly preferred

    + **Skills & Competencies:**

    + Strong leadership and team management abilities

    + Excellent verbal and written communication

    + Skilled in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and customer service

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    + Tech-savvy with MS Office (Teams, Excel), databases, and scheduling software (experience with AlayaCare a plus)

    + Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred

    + **Other Requirements:**

    + Reliable transportation to perform job duties

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    + Strong attention to detail and high personal accountability
