    Express Lube Advisor

     

    Pay: Commission + base pay

     

    Schedule: Weekend availability required

     

    We searching for a highly motivated Express Lube Advisor to join our growing team!     Qualifications:

    + Prior customer service/sales experience required

    + Reliable, show's up ready to work

    + Knowledgeable on automotive products and industry

    + Outgoing personality, able to guide customer's on their needs

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers in a friendly and professional manger

    + Assess customer needs by conducting vehicle walk around

    + Communicate with customer on what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete

    + Write accurate repair orders using ADP system

    + Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee

    + Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed

    + Offer multi-point inspection
