    Bilingual Floor Sales Manager – Elder Ford of Tampa

     

    Elder Ford of Tampa is seeking a high-performing, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Floor Sales Manager to lead our sales team to the next level.     Responsibilities include:

    + Leading daily floor sales operations

    + Coaching and developing sales team members

    + Driving sales performance to meet and exceed targets

    + Engaging with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction

    + Assisting with deal structuring and desking

    + Handling customer concerns and working toward positive outcomes

    Qualifications:

    + Bilingual – Spanish speaker required

    + Proven track record as a strong closer in automotive sales

    + Previous experience in floor or sales management preferred

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
