    Position: 2nd Shift Maintenance Electrician

    Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

    Pay: $37.95/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential

     

    Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

    About the Role:

    We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Plant 5/6 in Carlisle, PA. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment on 2nd shift.

    What You'll Do:

    + Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery

    + Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, drives, and other electrical components

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

    + Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

    + Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards

    What You Bring:

    + Experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician

    + Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting

    + Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
