    Job Description:

    + Play a crucial role in the technological landscape of a large healthcare system, focusing on the advanced design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-scale digital products, including sophisticated web and mobile sites and applications.

    + Analyze business and user needs to develop requirements for digital products.

    + Provide expert consultation in both business and digital technology domains on web and mobile usability, content management systems, information architecture, project management, software testing, and quality assurance.

    + Lead and guide multidisciplinary project teams through the entire project management life cycle. Emphasize strategy, conceptualization, documentation, design, development, testing, deployment, training, support, and qualitative and quantitative assessments for improvement.

    + Manage tickets received in the ServiceNow service management platform to support website change and incident requests from the enterprise.

    + Work in the Sitecore content management system to create and edit website pages, manage taxonomy data, and implement new functionality.

    + Oversee the launch of new product features and site improvements.

    + Manage page redirect mapping and implementation for new site launches.

    + Demo new product features to internal and external stakeholders and document feedback.

    + Prepare and conduct Sitecore training for other members of the organization.

    + Conduct software testing and quality assurance.

    + Track work in Azure DevOps within the Agile software development methodology to manage work within 2-week sprints.

    + Participate in sprint ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, and retros.

    + Conduct user research to produce consumer journey maps and create product user requirements that can be turned into user stories to be worked by the software development team.

    + Provide subject matter expert consultation on technical requirements and capabilities, best practices, and usability.

    + Collaborate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to facilitate alignment on the balance of technical requirements, business needs, and user needs.

    + Review product performance analytics and make recommendations for optimization.

    + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in order to consult on best practices, offer innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

    + Provide input on the strategic direction of digital products and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

     

    This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per month. Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of working within the Agile methodology.

    + Knowledge of Azure DevOps and JIRA, including set up and training.

    + Knowledge of conducting user testing using HubSpot and usertesting.com.

    + Knowledge of Figma.

    + Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint.

    + Knowledge of working in or with the healthcare industry.

    + Knowledge of HTML.

    + Knowledge of SQL.

    + Knowledge of CSS.

    + Knowledge of Power BI data visualization.

    + Knowledge of Google Analytics and Analytics 360 tools.

    + Knowledge of SEO strategies.

     

    Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testing/screening and background checks.

     

    Salary (Annual): $105,000.00 - $115,000.00

     

    Work Location: 36 South State Street, Salt Lake City, 84111. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per month. Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.

     

    Travel: 5% domestic travel required for in-person team meetings and cross-functional team meetings.

     

    Hours of Work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain Time, Monday through Friday

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

     

    $39.57 - $62.29
