We’re seeking a detail-oriented and innovative GIS Analyst to join our Store Development team and play a pivotal role in shaping where we grow next. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a GIS Analyst, you’ll be the geospatial expert behind our store development strategy. You’ll manage and enhance our GIS systems, create dynamic visualizations, and deliver actionable insights that guide site selection and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize GIS databases and systems.

Conduct spatial analyses to support new store development and strategic planning.

Create compelling maps, charts, and dashboards using ESRI’s ArcGIS Online platform.

Build and maintain interactive ESRI Portal Applications and Dashboards for internal decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored GIS solutions.

Train and support staff in GIS tools and best practices.

Ensure data accuracy through rigorous quality assurance checks.

Design and implement scalable data models and integration strategies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a GIS Analyst or similar analytical role.

Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar).

Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of cartography and geospatial analysis.

Skilled in spatial data manipulation and visualization.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Clear and effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
