    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Recruiter

    **Location:** San Jose, CA - onsite

    **Pay Range:** $65-75/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, focusing on manufacturing, field services, and overhead support roles.

    + Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

    + Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.

    + Facilitate interview and hiring discussions, extending offers, and closing candidates efficiently.

    + Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

    + Experience staffing manufacturing direct labor and overhead direct labor roles such as material handlers, assembly technicians, and welders.

    + Exceptional interviewing, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for sourcing top talent.

    + Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS platforms is preferred.

    + Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including international sourcing, is a plus.
