    **Responsibilities:** As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for configuring and adjusting injection, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming parameters to optimize production. Your role will ensure machines are set to optimal conditions, perform mold changes, and maintain process control to deliver high-quality products.

    + Configure and adjust machine parameters according to the product specifications.

    + Perform mold changes and tooling adjustments as per the production plan.

    + Monitor temperatures, pressures, cycle times, and other critical adjustments.

    + Maintain accurate records of production parameters and any changes made.

    + Verify parts meet dimensional, weight, thickness, and appearance specifications.

    + Propose continuous improvements in molds, machines, and process parameters.

     

    The work environment is climate-controlled, offering a comfortable setting. The position is for the 1st shift, from 6 am to 4 pm, allowing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, Florida.
