Job Summary:
As the Paramedic Field Training Officer, you provide safe, quality care to patients in pre-hospital or inter-hospital settings.
In this role, you are also an instructor and evaluator of assigned staff during field and classroom activities.
You operate and maintain ProMedica Transportation Network vehicles in safe and ready condition.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be a certified EMT-Paramedic in the state of Ohio. Michigan licensure acquired within thirty (30) days of hire.
+ Skills: Must maintain specialty certification and/or credentials.
+ Years of Experience: Five (5) years’ experience as an EMS Provider.
+ License: State of Ohio Paramedic, State of Michigan Paramedic.
+ Certification: Level I EMS state of Ohio instructor or must actively work to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
+ Education: One (1) year of teaching experience. One year as a PTN Paramedic.
+ Certification: Must be Nationally Registered or willing to obtain within one (1) year of hire.
