The Cost Report and Contract Analysis department provides financial analysis and planning in the review of managed care contracts. This dedicated team of professionals audits and monitors the contract reimbursement system and measures payor performance to ensure the long-term financial viability of Hawai‘i Pacific Health as an organization.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Planning or designee, oversees the development of capital budgets, annual operating budgets, and management reporting for clinical operating units, affiliates and subsidiaries, and/or assigned shared service areas of the company.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years experience in health care admissions, or financial services, or registration.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Master's Degree. Current certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Experience in health care.
