    Strategy Advancement & Innovation Lead

    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will develop and drive operational strategies to optimize efficiency, drive business growth, and align overall NA ANZ Product Supply Outcomes. Also, you will maintain a clear end to end digital strategic narrative for Product Supply Ecosystem. Additionally, you will establish and standardize prioritization framework for NA ANZ Product Supply Initiatives. Finally, you will drive innovative and digital solutions within NA ANZ Product Supply.

    The primary responsibilities of this role, Strategy Advancement and Innovation Lead, are to:

    + Develop and implement robust PS digital strategies with cross-functional & crop teams for complex/high impact initiatives relative to SBP targets;

    + Coordinate collaboration with NA ANZ PS, NA ANZ SCM functional teams, global teams, and DTIT to establish/track the E2E cross functional strategic project roadmap, articulating value proposition, and high level 3–5-year timeline, to maximize customer and employee experiences;

    + Be accountable for E2E integration strategy of product launches, GtM needs, digital transformation efforts;

    + Guide development and continuous update of digital vision and strategy in coordination with key stakeholders while coordinating between IT teams to further their mission and meet outcomes;

    + Drive prioritization of global and regional project portfolios to align to NA ANZ business need, digital framework, and appropriate budgeting and resourcing is in place;

    + Report on near, mid-, and long-term Capex and Opex needs for network with a combination of enterprise needs and secure funding sources;

    + Drives portfolio and project alignment with leaders and stakeholders across NA SCM, Product Supply, Commercial, and IT teams to drive employee productivity through development of Intelligent Process Automation (including Process Mining and Robotic Process Automation) framework and project pipeline;

    + Identify and act on needs-driven innovation insights;

    + Promote an innovative friendly organizational culture supporting quick experimentation, open communication, empowerment, autonomy, test & learn while driving NA ANZ Product Supply artificial intelligence roadmap;

    + Other duties as assigned.

    WHO YOU ARE

    Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree;

    + Business acumen across multiple business functions (operations, logistics, demand planning, customer experience, manufacturing, sales);

    + Demonstrated leadership capabilities;

    + Ability to drive organization change;

    + Ability to make critical decisions aligned with business targets and objectives;

    + Excellent communication skills;

    + Expertise of brand distribution model including objectives, operational control requirements;

    + Project management and stakeholder influencing capability.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 10+ years of experience in business, industry, supply chain management, or IT related work experience.

    Relocation may be offered for this role.

     

    Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $139,133.60 to $208,700.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
