This role involves working in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to code development, conducting code reviews, and participating in meetings and demonstrations across Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive but Unclassified environments.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and enhance code for the Concorde framework used by internal development teams.

+ Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

+ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and development cycles.

+ Collaborate in meetings and demonstrations involving application development and data handling across secure environments.

+ Develop core libraries to be used across multiple platforms, enterprise-wide.

+ Daily utilization and demonstration of strong experience with Agile development methodologies.

+ Write unit tests to ensure code is accurate and troubleshoot/debug code as needed.

+ Collaborate with UI and UX designers to create the best experience for our end users.

+ Participate in an active team environment as both a continual learner and supportive coach.

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ 15+ years of web development experience.

+ 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC web development using Visual Studio 2008 or higher.

+ 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies.

+ Proven experience in environments supporting:

+ Over 3,000 users.

+ RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ rows.

+ At least 1,000 automated unit tests.

+ Active Secret Clearance is required.

+ 15+ years of web development experience.

+ 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC web development using Visual Studio 2008 or higher.

+ 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies.

+ Proven experience in environments supporting:

+ Over 3,000 users.

+ RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ rows.

+ At least 1,000 automated unit tests.

+ Ability to work independently and part of a team.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Strong analytical skills.

Estimated Salary/Wage

USD $160,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $180,000.00/Yr.
