We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced Manufacturing IT Software Support Leader to oversee the stability, integration, and support of factory systems and applications. This role is essential to ensuring uninterrupted operations across manufacturing environments through proactive solving, on-call support coordination, and Level 2 (L2) escalation management.

You will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, and automation platforms. You will direct a team responsible for resolving sophisticated issues, debugging system failures, and maintaining flawless integration across production-critical applications!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals supporting manufacturing systems and applications.

+ Lead L2 support operations, including root cause analysis, issue resolution, and escalation handling.

+ Coordinate and participate in on-call support rotations and ensure rapid response to production-impacting incidents.

+ Oversee integration efforts between MES and other factory systems to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.

+ Collaborate with factory engineering, operations, and vendor teams to drive continuous improvement in support processes.

+ Collaborate and communicate with factory leadership.

+ Maintain documentation, supervise system health, and enforce standards for system compatibility and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.

+ Experience with semiconductor manufacturing technologies and platforms (MES, Engineering Systems, etc.) is a plus.

+ 4+ years of experience leading IT support teams, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ Strong background in troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting integrated systems.

+ Excellent communication and customer management skills.

+ Willingness to travel occasionally to support remote sites or vendor engagements.
