    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead the accurate and timely closing of General Ledgers monthly, quarterly, and annually

    + Analyze and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple business units

    + Manage Profit Center/Cost Center accounting and SAP CO module closing for assigned locations

    + Lead projects to optimize systems, current processes, and future business integrations

    + Prepare and analyze inventory and product costing reports

    + Mentor junior staff and collaborate with various functions within the Shared Services Center

    What Are We Looking For

    + Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment

    + Cost Accounting/manufacturing industry experience

    + Advanced proficiency in large ERP system and Microsoft Excel

    + Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Preference for SAP and Blackline experience

    Work Environment

    + Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office

    + Office setting with occasional visits to production sites
