Job title- Mixing Room Operator

Salary: $ 20.00 an hour

Schedule Full time temp to hire: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional weekends.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Mixing Room Operator and help us ensure efficient daily operations in our warehouse. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Will be responsible for accurately mixing and formulating recipes in a climate-controlled mixing room that is between 45-55 degrees.

+ Handling a variety of products including hummus, dips, and various specialty items.

+ Ensure all mixing activities are performed in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

+ Maintain clean and safe work environment, complying with OSHA and company policies

+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to ready, write, and follow recipes with precision.

+ Prior experience in food manufacturing or mixing required.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment between 45–55 degrees Fahrenheit.

+ Able to lift up to 50+Ibs, standing and bending 8–10 hour shifts.

+ Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability
