Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Welder for a busy manufacturing company located in Winter Park, FL 32792.

Pay- $20+ DOE

**Position:** Welder (TIG & MIG)

Shift- 6:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thursday

**Employment Type:** temp to hire

Job Responsibilities

+ TIG and MIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel to blueprints

+ Produce high-quality welds; most welds must be cosmetically appealing

+ Read and interpret engineering drawings

+ Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area

+ Operate general machinery (saws, grinders, etc.)

+ Work and communicate effectively with the team to consistently produce quality products

+ Reliably commute to work each day

Requirements

+ Able to pass on-site welding test

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Strong passion for fabrication

+ Proficient in TIG and MIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel

+ Able to read engineering drawings

+ Comfortable with general machinery

+ Reliable and punctual
