Job Description:

Duration:** **6 months contract (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:

Assignment Level Descriptor:

+ Assignment requires little to no relevant work experience

+ Instructions to perform the Assignment take less than one day

+ Works with clearly defined methods and tasks that are described in detail, under close supervision

+ Usually routine tasks (physical/manual)

+ This is typically an Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.

+ Delivers value and growth by driving product quality, assuring consumer safety and promoting efficiency based on robust science while developing consumer-relevant products, process and packaging.

Assignment Family:

Science Research

+ Creates scientific hypotheses and designs and executes scientific experiments to validate or disprove them in the pursuit of fundamental understanding of system functionality. Translates the fundamental scientific understanding into and develops technological processes delivering the business required benefits (product of given properties and quality, efficiency, scale, etc.).

Required Experience:

+ Proven skills in planning, organisation of research outputs, logistics

Required Skills (include soft skills)

+ Computer literate, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, numerate, and the ability to create collaborative relationships are essential.

Industry Experience (software / websites)

Must have and good to have.

+ Excel, tracking tools such as DevOPs would be preferred

Review RMI data / pay rates, supply/demand, location strategies, contingent vs. FTE, best recruiting approach for the role - augmented by data set per location

+ Digital transformation program – this role will support the collection /logistics to organize large studies that collect data for development of digital solutions
