    Position Details

    + **Location:** Fully Remote (must reside in the State of Florida)

    + **Status:** This is a full-time remote position.

    + **Days/Shift:** Tuesdays - Fridays 6:30AM-4:30PM / Saturdays 7AM-11AM

     

    The **Transcription Quality Coordinator** will work remotely. This team member must currently reside in Florida.

     

    **Responsibilities** :

    + The Transcription Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all department policies and procedures relating to quality of transcribed documents are being followed by the Transcription Team and outside vendors.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Certifications and Licensures

    + Preferred AHDI Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist

    + Preferred – CHDS (Transcription)

    Education

    + Required High School or equivalent

    + Preferred Technical Program Completion or Degree

    Experience

    + Required - 5 years - Transcriptionist; And - 5 years - Acute Care; Or - 3 years - Relevant experience with Technical Training/Program
