    This role in summary

     

    We are currently hiring Assembly Production Operators for our Cleveland, TN facility. Starting pay is $18.85 per hour for 1st and 2nd shift. (2nd shift pays an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential).

     

    _Must have six months manufacturing experience to be considered;_** **_Please attach a resume to be considered for open positions._

    We are looking for Assembly Production Operators to:

    + **Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabliiized workstation**

    + **Assemble and install parts by hand or using air tools**

    + **Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.**

    Your responsibilities will include

    + **Participate in training to learn how to follow standard operating procedures (SOP)**

    + **Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality-focused manner**

    + **Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment**

    + **Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish.**

    Minimum requirements

    + **Must have High School Diploma/GED**

    + **Must be at least 18 years old or older**

    + **_Six months of manufacturing experience_**

    + **Must be able to communicate and receive communications regarding safety components and job instruction.**

    Preferred skills and experiences

    + **2 years of manufacturing work**

    + **2 years of consistent work experience**
